 #11364 seems to work properly, and powerd will dim and blank the screen
 even if a user runs "xset -dpms" and "xset s off".

 Since powerd now can handle these functions on all three platforms, we can
 consider trying to disable DPMS & X Screensaver support on XO-1, where we
 historically have not done so.

 Originally tested in 12.1.0 os9.
