 This has been sitting for twelve months (and it is based on a two-year-old
 e-mail), I think it is time to revisit it.  I agree with many (but not
 all) of the points that dsd makes,

 I would boil it down to: L10n needs to be part of "pre-sales" planning.
 The idea is that L10n should come in as a part of the build process (even
 if that is a point release).

 I'm wondering if in light of the Armenian (and possibly Thai)
 experience(s) are there further thoughts on this issue?
