Comment:

 Peter, please add the patch "0001-Add-welcome-activity-startup-mechanism-
 in-sugar-sess.patch" to sugar rpm.

 As discussed with Simon in irc, I do not have a strong opinion about
 showing the welcome screen after or before the name/color screen. We can
 change it later if needed.
