 In os8, with the sugar text to speech feature enabled, and is used, other
 programs trying to use gstreamer-espeak plugin do not work.

 A simple python example program is attached, but affect activities as
 Clock or Words. If the user select a text and use the text to speech
 feature in sugar, the other activities can't speech.

 The same problem does not happen in F17 in a desktop, I don't know if is a
 problem with our sound driver or how we are using the plugin.
