 We are attempting to capture a picture before the camera is ready on on
 XO-1.5 laptops in 12.1.0 os8.

 This has been seen on XO-1.75s for 11.3.1 as #11699 and #11809 (although
 no XO-1.5 should have siv120d cameras installed).

 The driver fix likely has to be ported forward for all platforms.
