 ''builder.dic'' in repository needs update.

 Updated ''builder.dic'' in

 but now ''kernel.dic'' cannot be rebuilt, because
 [http://tracker.coreboot.org/trac/openfirmware/changeset/2899 svn 2899]
 removed [""] which was in use by cpu/*/fixvoc.fth

 Need some guidance please.
