Comment:

 Changed the name of this bug, as a variety of dim images are a result of
 this bug. When audio capture is initiated in Record, the camera is powered
 down, then up, then down and up again when audio capture is stopped. The
 still captured frame is grabbed before the camera is ready, hence the dim
 frame.
