 I cannot boot off of an external SD card with 11.3.1 os884 on a SKU 203
 XO-1.75.

 The (microSD w/ adapter) SD card tested has been used to boot XO-1.5's
 successfully.

 This might be #11736 but it might be something else.

 Modprobe fails to find /lib/modules, and then the kernel decides it cannot
 find the root file system.
