 XO-1.75 ramp unit sitting next to me, idling while on our busy internal
 network. Around once every 10 S/R cycles, a screen refresh glitch is very
 visible.

 I believe this is only happening when resuming, but it may trigger on the
 suspend case.

 CC'ing Wad in case he has any idea on how the sync between GPU/DCON and
 LCD is maintained and how it could be going wrong.
