 When experiencing #11730 (a Libertas-devices loses wireless extensions bug
 on OS884), I realized my unit did not suspend as usual.

 powerd was jammed, last messages in powerd's log were about "cannot get
 WOL flags from device", and a "device does not have wireless extensions".
 Attempting to bump tracing levels showed that powerd was stuck.

 Upon restarting powerd, it got stuck in the same place.

 Unfortunately I did not capture the logs. Will capture if I can get it to
 repro.

 It would be better if powerd didn't block on this -- not sure about
 complexity.
