 This is fixed as of commit 37268f4f which is after os31. Note that as in
 XO1.5, when using SoundRecorder, the Record light does not go off until
 you actually close the SoundRecorder window.
 Also the quality of the recording is unacceptable with compression on. Use
 the menu in the SoundRecorder top right to choose "No compression"
 The speex compression is too slow for audio capture. This should be
 entered as a separate bug.
