Comment:

 Tested on XO-1.75 Q4D06, does not work.

 Can be made to work for demonstration or test purposes by plugging in a
 USB mouse, probing the bus,

 /usb at d420800/hub at 0,0/mouse#3,0

 noting the entry for the mouse, creating an alias,

 }}}

 and then running the test menu,

 ok menu
 }}}

 Closing, no need for fix, as touchpad and touchscreen work fine.  The
 workaround may be useful in manufacturing.
