 Verrifed that the fix landed well in os31: my AP which announces the ssid
 in non utf-8 is not shown in the neighborhood view, even so I can see it
 with iwlist. All the others APs around are still available and I can
 connect to my other AP.

 I filed https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=672546 to track the
 upstream bug in glib markup_escape_text.
