 Tested in os30 with 4 XOs 1.75

 Test:

 - A shares

 - B joins

 - B quits

 - B re-joins

 ---> on C buddies A and B are drawn around the shared activity but are
 ordered like there would be three members:

                       A
 None  _  activity _ B

 Normally it should be:

 A _ activity _ B

 The root cause of #10674 and #10801 with not tracking buddy-left and
 buddy-joined properly might come to play here as well.
