 Hmm, I don't seem to have a dead zone. With the pen I have to use quite a
 bit of pressure to draw in that area, but I can draw.With the finger is
 much easier to draw there.

 As well when I use the pen to create in Paint a form (e.g. a star) for
 rotating it directly after creation I have to use a lot of pressure to do
 so. Which is different to the same finger operation.
