 * the symptom follows the microSD card if it is moved to an otherwise
 working system.
  * the symptom does not occur on a different microSD card, if the affected
 microSD card is duplicated using dd on Linux.
  * the symptom does occur on a different microSD card, if the affected
 microSD card is duplicated using the SDD4300 copy machine.
