Comment:

 This patch was committed to -ramp & tested with 11.3.1 os29.

 Since that time I have charged several XO-1.75's and have not noticed any
 sudden percentage drops in reported capacity when removing external power
 after a full charge.  I also have not seen any cases where the capacity
 available was reported as over 100%.
