With 11.3.1 OS images, /var/log's 20MB runs out of space after ~48hs of
uptime in an aggressive S/R script.

Right after boot, we see around 20300 blocks free. Quick tests show that
each S/R cycle writes about 4 blocks of logs, so 5075 S/R cycles will
consume /var/log . Growth is in /var/log/messages which adds ~50 lines on
 each S/R.

With aggressive S/R, 5K cycles isn't out of the question.

On F14 images logrotate is installed and seems to be called daily.

We need to ensure it runs more often, and maybe we need a custom OLPC
 config for it.
