Comment(by rsmith):

 Where did ecfw.zip come from and why is it there?  Openfirmware has a
 version of the EC code embedded in inside and will upgrade if necessary.

 Are we proposing that the builds contain EC code to that would allow
 upgrading of only the EC code?

 That feature seems reasonable considering past history but its a departure
 from previous procedures.
