Comment:

 When filing bugs like this please state which version it is a regression
 from. This bug seems to be reproducible in 11.3 at least.

 However, we can take 1-line fixes at this stage, and this seems like one
 of them. For next time please put more diagnosis info in the commit
 message or at least the ticket, to ease review. In this case,
 gdk_pixbuf_scale_simple() takes integer arguments, not floats. This
 ordinarily wouldn't cause a hang, but in this case it does, since it is
 called so many times in quick succession while dragging the mouse to
 resize an image, resulting in hundreds of exceptions generated and logged.
