I guess that means that the ACPI code that increments the wakeup counter
doesn't get called unless it is really a system wakeup, which I think is
to be expected.
When implementing that I was looking at the possibility of recieving a
"RTC timer expired, should wake system" interrupt in the rtc-cmos code. I
think such an interrupt exists, but doesn't get generated when we actually
wake up due to the RTC. However, maybe it gets generated if the timer
expires before suspend has happened. Might be worth looking into.
