 This is https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=89121 (with a fix).

 However, we need to decide if we're going to try and trigger the totem
 plugin in such situations, needed for video support (#11963). If we were
 to use the totem plugin here, we would not have this issue.
