 The network adapter device name assigned to the libertas card may change
 between eth0 and eth1 (and potentially eth#) for unknown reasons.

 This becomes a problem for powerd because powerd will store the device
 name as seen when it first initializes, and then use that name when trying
 to set wake-on-lan settings even if the card has moved.

 Seen on a XO-1.5 with 12.1.0 os15.
