 Today I tested the release candidate os15 and found that Implode help is
 broken.  We fixed that in v12, and we are shipping v11.  The changes in
 v12 are:

  * Fix missing icons that prevents displaying Help animation SL #3463
  * New translations

 I'm sorry because I released v12, but I wasn't aware of the "ask for
 inclusion" policy at that time.
