 1. Install 11.3.0 or 11.3.1 on an XO-1.
  2. Upgrade to 12.1.0 os15 via Internet or USB. (Remove all Libraries (in
 their subdirectories), Scratch, Speak, TamTam* and TurtleArt).
  3. Reboot to start 12.1.0 and use the Sugar update to restore/upgrade all
 the activities/libraries.
  4. Reboot again.  The XO-1 will fail to boot.
