 In http://lists.laptop.org/pipermail/testing/2012-June/002720.html the NZ
 testing group point out that dev.laptop.org returns something odd for the
 .xml.gz repo files:

 Content-Type: application/xml
 Content-Encoding: x-gzip
 }}}

 Reproduced.

 This is probably confusing some kind of transparent proxy in their path,
 causing issues with yum.

 Need to check if this behaviour is normal, and maybe we can tweak it in
 the interest of the NZ group.
