 We need to determine if Q2F12 or (if released with the USB hub fix) Q2F13
 should be included in 12.1.0.

 Currently Q2F11 is included in 12.1.0 os14.

  * Q2F11 has a bug (but not a regression to 11.x, which lacked the
 feature) with the new Q2F* diagnostics menu.  This has a mouse cursor
 which does not support ALPS, requiring the keyboard to be used to move
 around the menu.  Q2F12 fixes ALPS mouse cursor support.

  * Q2F12 has a (confirmed) fix for a bug present in Q2F11 where the
 external SD card slot test always states that there is no SD card in the
 slot.

  * Q2F12 has customer enhancements which may or may not encourage
 deployments to consider upgrading to 12.1.0.  Reuben, do you have any
 thoughts on this?
