 OK. I downloaded the os14 candidate image from
 [http://download.laptop.org/xo-1.5/os/candidate/12.1.0-14/21014o1.zd here]

 The problem with the boot screen disappeared, but it still takes long time
 to boot: like 2 minutes.

 I'm attaching the new log file so you can see the differences with the
 last one a research for a fix.
