 There generally isn't and some of the rework needs to be cleaned up and
 released.  For most the development cycle we were under the assumption
 that Vivante was releasing an EXA driver based on their newest driver
 code.  This fell behind and we are still waiting the release.  The
 symplicity ticket number requesting the release is #468425

 What is currently in 12.1.0 is a subset of the work that I wrote that has
 had to be extracted from the Vivante code and reworked a bit.  That is
 clear for release as it is no longer based on the Vivante codebase.  I
 just need to make sure it works with the other dove platform properly as
 they are interested in using our driver as the mainstream version.
