 I saw a potentially libertas-related hang on a XO-1 with 12.1.0 os14 which
 lead to X Windows/Sugar constantly restarting itself every ~20 seconds or
 so (systemd allowed it).

 Attempting to run ifconfig hung.  I attempted to insert USB sticks and
 they were not recognized.
