 The kernel included with os13 provides low-level vmeta interfaces but does
 not set permissions on these nodes the way we would like.  Martin would
 like these permissions configured by the base OS.

 Other RPMs not included with the base OS will still be required to
 actually use vmeta.

 XO-1s and XO-1.5s will not have these device nodes.
