Comment:

 Looking at the logs it appears that the graphics driver clock is not re-
 enabled after a S/R sequence.  We can sometimes get this error if the
 hardware is busy and can't respond to the command, however /proc/driver/gc
 is reporting the hardware is idle and Xorg is also not reporting any
 errors.
