 During a 24-hour runin pass, the display output will hang, showing static
 content (static camera image, static remaining time values), but the test
 will continue and run to completion.  The display hang may last minutes or
 hours.

 A corresponding message in kernel was repeated very frequently, 2551670
 lines matching this message, 13698 lines not matching:

 The symptom repeated on the next runin pass on the same unit, and on two
 other units.

 Versions: os13 on XO-1.75 B4, C2 SKU204, C2 SKU203.

 Reproducer: fs-update to os13, set TS tag to rnin, boot.

 Impact: invalidates mass production runin testing, units might be marked
 as failed due to no display update, display path isn't being tested.
