Comment:

 The "zoom to width" button is nice but the original bug is still present
 in some form.

 Testing in 12.1.0 build 12 on XO-1.75. Open Write-79, open view toolbar.
 The default zoom is 163%.
 Zoom out twice, then zoom in twice. You're back to 163%, but a horizontal
 scrollbar has appeared (for no reason?). It wasn't there before.

 (Also, maybe "fit to width" should be the default zoom.)
