Comment:

 Verified hardlinking in 12.1.0 os12 on XO-1, XO-1.5 and XO-1.75 (direct
 install, not upgrade) with "ls -li".  The four TamTam activities had
 common/ files which were often hardlinked four times; the two Wikipedia
 activities had files which were often hardlinked twice.
