 Test case is to run runin, in either normal or aggressive (touch
 /runin/aggressive) timing mode, for either five minutes (touch
 /runin/quick) or 24 hours.

 A failure to wake causes runin to stall with a static progress display for
 the remainder of the test period.

 Not failing allows runin to run to completion.
