Comment:

 In a collection of logs from Sam, 2 more cases of the comment:2 case were
 found.

 Regarding the case posted when the ticket was opened, which we have only
 seen once, the log shows that the card is already being reset when it
 starts being reset again due to another command timeout.

 Pushed fd2b0a5 to x86-3.3 to fix this - we now avoid resetting the card
 multiple times.
