Comment:

 The failure is during write to the filesystem on partition 1.  Please
 describe what filesystem is on this partition, and a brief history of the
 filesystem.  Please capture the filesystem as an image, compress it, and
 provide via HTTP.  Preferably without triggering an fsck on the
 filesystem.  Thanks.
