 Aside: An errata 6346 for mpp3 says to force nine back to back VMOV D0, D0
 instructions in the power resume code sequence in order to avoid incorrect
 execution result for certain Neon/SIMG instructions.  Possibly a different
 solution to the same underlying problem.
