---------------------------------+------------------------------------------
When using another XO with Linux as a serial terminal to an XO-1.75, the
erase key does not behave the same in CForth as it does in Open Firmware.
Occurs with Linux console and Terminal.
CForth response to serial console input byte 0x7f is unlike Open Firmware,
traced it to
[http://dev.laptop.org/git/users/wmb/cforth/tree/src/cforth/embed/consio.c#n293
caccept in consio.c] which treats it as ctrl+d (delete forward).
MitchBradley: are you okay with it changing?
