#12019: XO-1.5 often fails to initialize libertas MMC card

 If the libertas card is powered off during suspend (lid close, rtcwake
 cycle without wake-on-lan enabled, etc.), a XO-1.5 often fails to bring it
 back up again in 12.1.0 os18.

 The error messages seen when this happens are:

 {{{

 [ 39.500168] ACPI: Waking up from system sleep state S3

 }}}

 Once this happens the libertas card may never come back up again until a
 reboot. This has been seen on more than one XO-1.5.
