 A XO-1.5 running 12.1.0 os18, a python math.cos() CPU loop, and 5-second
 rtcwake cycles crashed while suspending or early while resuming when a
 Libertas command timeout caused a series of cascading failures.

 This may be related to #10265, or it could be something different.
