Comment:

 This is because olpc_mouse_setup includes the assumption that we would
 move to a newer ARM kernel with a more modern way of disabling tap-to-
 click. In the end we didn't make the move and didn't revisit the
 assumption :(

 The best fix at this point would probably be to change
 psmouse_synaptic_ttc to default to 0 in the kernel.
