 Our current runin service/target never requests that plymouth should stop.
 So it does not (at least as tested on XO-1.5).

 During a runin run, login via serial and plymouthd will still be running.

 The fix is to add in runin.service:

 After=plymouth-quit.service
 }}}

 Tested to work on XO-1.5
