 Instead of holding down the rotate key immediately at power on, if you
 wait until the screen flashes white, and then press the rotate key, you
 can get to the "Interacting .. ok" prompt without going through the CForth
 ok prompt.

 The procedure that Quozl cited is less sensitive to timing, but the "wait
 till white" procedure is faster and requires fewer steps.  Take your pick.
