Comment:

 The bug being reported here is that there has been a change in
 functionality. Previously, you were able to set RTC via serial cable when
 security is enabled. The loss of this functionality will hinder their
 repair procedures until they have been able to implement an OATS server to
 securely reset time. See private OLPC email Dated June 1 - Subject: i key
 escapes to OFW in secure mode.
