 I reproduced a hang which sounds the same (but without serial present, so
 can't verify the logs). Just testing the same laptop on 11.3.1 runin,
 which seems stable so far.

 James, could you please attempt to reproduce again and capture another set
 of logs? To see if it crashes in the same place "[  218.386703] Restarting
 tasks ... "
