 The upstream stream ticket is http://bugs.sugarlabs.org/ticket/3694, but I
 wanted to file here at it is a bug in the OLPC 12.1 release that I'm not
 comfortable with seeing that TTS integration is meant to be a new vaunted
 feature for the release.
