 On #11982 it was mentioned that there is evidence of XO-1.5 spuriously
 rebooting during runin.

 I can reproduce this on my XO-1.5 SHC052001FD, on both 11.3.1 and 12.1.0
 during runin.

 It can trivially be reproduced by running the attached program (running
 memtester and enabling/disabling charging at the same time), it will
 usually hard-reset within 2 minutes.

 Can't reproduce on my other XO-1.5 SHC05102483.
