 How to reproduce:
 Go to dev.laptop.org in Browse and choose to report a new ticket and look
 at the title on the adress bar and combo boxes.

 What happens:
 The title on the adress bar and tab, and the combo boxes (component,
 milestone, version, etc.) are shown as rectangles (in the later case only
 show up as rectangles once opened).

 What should happen:
 Characters should show up correctly.
